By providing an unmatched efficiency in cell recovery paired with seamless integration into standard cell culture processes, our Dissolvable Microcarriers will drastically improve process efficiency.

      Dissolvable Microcarriers - RG provide rapid cell attachment & growth

      Human mesenchymal stem cells (hMSCs) attach already after 1 hour to the denatured collagen coating and proliferate rapidly. Over 7 days of culture, cell viability remains over 90%.

      Dissolvable Microcarriers - RG provide easy harvesting & higher yields

      Our microcarriers can be dissolved by addition of EDTA/trypsin or TrypLE™. Dissolving the microcarriers will gently release the cells from the surface and result in a single-cell suspension.

       

      The natural origin of the microcarrier ingredients and commonly used cell culture materials to dissolve them allow for an easy and smooth integration of our microcarriers into your existing cell culture procedures.

      Upon addition of EDTA/trypsin and TrypLE™ our microcarriers are nearly completely dissolved after 15 min, gently releasing the cells from its surface.
